Machine-readable FLP, FLI and GFC endpoints accept per-request USDC payments on Base. The owner confirmed a $0.01 Base mainnet test purchase on October 27, 2026. That historical test is separate from the portal’s current read-only health check, which does not execute payments. A separate October 31 check received valid unpaid payment quotes on all 12 endpoints, including GFC history/52. The portal’s older read-only health result is not a ledger of completed mainnet purchases. Quote checks do not establish paid delivery or independent demand.
